Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are for
These terms cover businesses that use SpotMyPhotos to deliver event photos, and the people on their team. Guests who find their photos are covered by the Privacy Policy and the terms of the business that ran the event.
2. Your account
You are responsible for who you invite to your team and what they do. Keep your password private and turn on two-step sign in for admins.
You can close your account at any time from Plan & billing. Your galleries stay online until the end of your billing period.
3. Your photos
You own your photos. You give us permission to store, process and show them only so we can run the service for you and your guests.
You confirm you have the right to take and share the photos you upload, and that you collect consent from guests where the law asks for it.
4. Guests and face matching
Face matching only runs for guests who choose to take a selfie. Guests can ask to delete their data at any time, and we tell you when they do.
5. Plans, billing and refunds
Plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay. Extra texts are billed in the next invoice.
If something goes wrong on our side during a live event, contact us and we will make it right.
6. Photo sales
When you sell photos, payments go through your connected Stripe account. You set prices, handle sales tax where it applies, and answer guest questions about orders.
7. Acceptable use
Do not upload content you do not have rights to, content that harms people, or anything illegal. We may pause an account that puts guests at risk, and we tell you why.
8. Changes to these terms
We email account owners at least 30 days before a change that affects them takes effect.
