Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
From businesses: names, emails, billing details and the photos you upload.
From guests who register: a name, a phone number or email, and, only if they choose, a selfie used for face matching.
2. How face matching works
A selfie is turned into a face signature that is compared only with photos from the events the guest signed up for. We never use it to identify people anywhere else, and we never sell it.
3. Texts and email
We text or email guests only about their photos from the event they joined. Reply STOP to any text, or use Stop texts in the gallery, to stop.
4. How long we keep it
Face signatures are deleted when the event gallery closes, or sooner if the guest asks. Photos stay as long as the business keeps the event.
5. Your choices
Guests can delete their data from the link in any gallery. Businesses can export or delete their account data from Account settings.
6. Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run the service, like hosting, texting and payments, under contracts that limit what they can do with it.
